  • <First six days in Japan>

    1. Girls in Tokyo are polarising – there are beautiful and ugly gals, but not in between them. The normal distribution of girls in terms of degree of beauty becomes concentrated on the two ends.  But the average degree of beautiful rose a little bit (the change in distribution is not symmetric). Many look like Ayu (Bun-kee-bu) and AV girls.

    2. Beautiful girls are very tall – 5-7, 5-8. So if you are of the average size of HK guys, don’t expect to date a pretty gal right here.

    3. I saw Andy Lau in the Japan Airport. Extremely handsome and look very young (20 something). Similing all the time, and when being asked whether want to use the VIP channel, he refused (though i suspect this was due to the fact that he was on the route for normal guys like me). Anyway, a real star.

    4. As expected, my trip is flooded by Muji, Uniqlo, and more importantly, Donald Duck. I have visited 5 Muji stores in the first 2 days, 6 Uniqlo and infinite tonnes of Donald Duck in the first few days. I so hate Muji and Donald Duck now.

    5. Some numbers : As expected, folloing 5, we spend 90% of our money in the first 20% of our trip in terms of duration. We eat Mcdonalds, Beef-rice and other cheap food. I think of something about economics on wage and prices in tokyo versus HK, and some interesting implications. ….. ok… stop.  BTW, watami in HK is 100% the taste in Japan.  And i lost my legs in the first days in Shinsuku, Disneyland and Kyoto.

    6. The sun burnt my back and hands in Kyoto, a nice city. Even in such a city famous for sight seeing, we bought agnes-b, muji (!!!!) and many other stuff.  Insanity is increasing.

    7. Luggage is around 100kg now, i guess. I suggest my gf to go home on foot so that i can take the luggage back to hk

    8. I don’t feel like in Japan, though people are speaking japanese to me ALL THE TIME. I suspect HK is so similar to Japan that I don’t feel like in Japan.

    9. The average english speaking skill in Kyoto is much better than in Tokyo.

  • 有一日我真係去日本. 第一件事,怕且都係去Muji… 第二件事,咪就係Agnes b囉…

    冇辦法… 正如你去到日本,即刻會’目及’0架妹一樣…

  • I HATE MUJI!!!
Throw them away to free some space for our hand letter la!

  • I m still in Tokyo…

  • thanks for a lovely report on japan. only place in asia i haven’t been to and its my next stop. would appreciate if u comment on the japanese guys. is it as reported that they are too gentle and too 貪靚? hehe

  • htAB, 我都唔係咁likeMUJI, 覺得好貴. -_-
relgitsjg, wow… 100KG is too much,
i think even u throw away ur gf, which is about 50KG… u still -50KG
u got to chop urself up too.

  • Today i visit another Muji and blue label. fuck. I bought myself a office bag @ 3000 yen in muji. btw muji and uniqlo are only around 10% cheaper in Japan than in HK. but there are more choices and on sale items are much cheaper.

To Fionhyatt : Most Jap guys look like MK guys. This, i promise, is a very generous comment.

To Kursk : Don’t let me know you are in Tokyo. There are already thousands of HKers and Taiwaneses around me. And your comment about that Jap gals are slim is what i was about to say. You are correct.

  • haha. you wont see me. i even dont bother to visit shinjuku and ginza. let’s meet in HK.
